MVaaS Summit Terms and Conditions

A. Registration Process and Payment Methods

1. Registrants will be able to select the early fee up until 11:59 (Mountain Time) on April 30, 2012. If payment has not been received by 11:59 (Mountain Time) on April 30, 2012, registrants will be charged the regular registration fee. This applies to registrants submitting purchase orders, bank/wire transfers, checks, and credit card payments that are denied.
2. Group registration rates are assigned by Envysion. Envysion reserves the right to cancel any registrants using unauthorized registration rates.
3. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form is received and processed by Envysion.
4. Registrants should obtain confirmation from Envysion before committing to travel arrangements.
5. Envysion cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from envysion.com and the conference coordinator.
6. Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
7. Capacity is limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

B. Cancellation Policy

Registrants may transfer their registration to another qualified un-registered attendee at any time prior to June 1, 2011. Cancellations received in writing (via email) before 12:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on Sunday, July 1, 2012, will receive a 50% refund for fees paid. Cancellations received after 12:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on Sunday, July 1, 2012, will result in a forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Envysion will send cancellation confirmations to the email address listed on the registration form.

D. Participation and Behavior at the Managed and Hosted Video Summit

1. Attendance and participation at the MVaaS Summit is limited to registered attendees.
2. MVaaS Summit attendees are expected to behave professionally. Excessive use of obscene language, abusive behavior, or threatening behavior directed to any other conference attendee is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be permitted.

E. Personal Information

1. Please note that participant contact details will be kept on file by Envysion. Credit card information will NOT be stored in this database.
2. Unless the Envysion has received an explicit request from a registrant disallowing to share his/her contact information (via email), a list of all attendees, their affiliation institutions and contact information may be provided to sponsors and other attendees.
3. The e-mail addresses will also be used to circulate last minute event details and announcements of future MVaaS events.
4. If you would like your record to be deleted after the conference, please notify Envysion by e-mailing contact@envysion.com.

G. Personal Property

Envysion, Inc. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
